Who can see my health record?
Only you, and the people you explicitly choose. Nothing in your record is
shared unless you share it, and every share is reversible — you pick the
person, you pick whether they can view or manage the record, and you can
revoke it at any time. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

What kinds of documents can I add?
If it's a health document, it belongs here: lab reports, scans and imaging,
prescriptions, discharge summaries, clinical notes, vaccination cards. A
phone photo is enough — a PDF works too. Hemabook reads what it can, files
the results into your record, and keeps the original document either way.
How accurate is the reading?
Reports are read automatically, and automated extraction can contain errors.
That's why your original document is always kept alongside the results, so
every value can be traced back to the page it came from — and why you can
review, correct, or delete anything that was read. Treat the record as a
faithful index of your documents, not a replacement for them.
Does Hemabook give medical advice?
No. Hemabook helps you organise medical records. It is not a medical device
and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It will show
you that a value sits outside a lab's reference range — what that means for
you is a conversation for a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I keep records for my family too?
Yes. One account can hold the whole family's history — children, parents,
anyone whose care you manage. Each person gets their own record and their
own timeline, and you choose, per person, who else can see it.
Can my lab send results straight into my record?
It can, once the lab or clinic is registered on Hemabook — results arrive in
your record with your consent, already read and filed. If your lab isn't on
Hemabook yet, nothing is lost: photograph the report and add it yourself.
What does it cost?
Free to start — for you and everyone you care for. Create your record, add
your reports, and see the whole history come together without paying
anything.
What if I want my data out — or gone?
It's your record. You can delete a document — or your whole account — and
you keep your originals throughout, because Hemabook never asks you to give
up the source file to use it. Results are coded to open standards (LOINC,
SNOMED CT, HL7 FHIR) rather than a format only we can read.
